The Triaxe is made for those that have too much to do to allow declining mobility to keep them still. With its long-range 48v 12-amp battery you can get up to an extraordinary 35 miles on a full charge. This type of mileage is usually reserved for your larger full size or heavy-duty scooters. The Triaxe is small but power packed! If you need to get somewhere fast the Triaxe has a top speed of up to 12 mph! You would be hard pressed to find another travel scooter with this much power and longevity.

Can The Triaxe Be taken on a plane? 

The Triaxe Folding Mobility Scooter can be taken on a plane. you can choose the optional FAA Approved battery and take the Triaxe where you want to go! This Lithium Ion battery will give you up to 18 miles on a single charge. so, site seeing will not be a problem. The Watt-hour rating is no more than 20Wh/cell and 100Wh/battery pack. It is TSA approved and considered “non-dangerous goods”. There isn’t a scooter on the market that is airline approved that offers that much mileage and performance. The sport is as adept at indoor travel as it is an outdoor travel. The suspension system allows you to navigate over grass, gravel, and dirt. The narrow design (overall width is just 20 1/2 inches) allows for easy entrance and exit of doorways. While the 33” turning radius makes tight spaces and sharp corners a breeze to navigate. Which is great for maneuvering in and out of aisles at your local grocery store or avoiding people and tables at your local coffee shop, restaurant, or bistros

 

Adding On Extra Comfort.

You may be on a scooter several hours, so you want the seat to be as comfortable as possible. The Sport comes with a standard 13” cushioned seat with an optional 18” seat that provides a more pleasurable ride for our wider hipped owners. The handles are adjustable so you can ride in a relaxed position. The rubber grips over the aluminum handlebars allow for a secure hold without discomfort. The Sport comes equipped with a hand brake that controls its rear disk brakes. Allowing you to stop with just a squeeze. All this and the weight capacity is 350 lbs.

Most items on our site are “In Stock” and ready to ship. Some items may be either temporarily out-of-stock, not available for shipment until a specific release date, or require extra time for assembly or other adjustments. For more information, please read the details below.

In-Stock Items

You will be charged for the item(s) as soon as your order is completed. We will then located the item(s) in our warehouse and ship to your verified address.

Advanced Sale and Temporarily Out of Stock Items

These refer to items are not currently in stock, but have been or will be be ordered shortly. Item(s) will be shipped directly to you once they are in stock. You will be notified of the status of your order via e-mail. You will not be charged for any item until Charged Mobility has it in stock.

Shipping Processing time (Oversized Items)

Shipping is free within the 48 Contiguous United States. You can expect your order to arrive within 14 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Oversized Item(s) are sent via a freight trucking company. The delivery company will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time window. Typically, there will be a minimum of a four-hour timeframe for the delivery and an adult must be available to accept, inspect, and sign-for the delivery. The item will be delivered to your designated, verified shipping address. The freight delivery company will unload the item from the truck but will not carry the item into the property.

The free delivery charge does not include inside delivery, removal of cartons, or any minimal assembly. When your order is delivered you should immediately inspect the carton as well as any contents for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if damage did occur follow these steps:

  1. Accept the package, but make a note of the damage on the shipping receipt,
  2. Sign and date the shipping receipt,
  3. Instruct the delivery person to sign the shipping receipt and leave a copy for your records, and
  4. Contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately by email at service@chargedmobility.com. Please state your order number, and the nature of the damage.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or to APO / FPO Addresses.

Since Delivery is via truck freight there must be adequate space for the truck to unload.

  • Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service Department within 7 days of delivery at sales@triaxescooter.com

  • Please be prepared to supply the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. Scooterpac USA Company will make every reasonable effort to assist you by either providing replacement parts or technical assistance to solve the problem.

  • Credit or Refund
    You can expect a credit or refund, less a 20% restocking and handling fee, in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product back complete and in good and unused condition. You will be refunded the purchase price, EXCLUDING a 20% restocking fee.

  • Cancelled Orders
    Orders cancelled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain an RA Number and ship the item back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

    Returning an Item

    1. If you have assembled the product, dissemble it before shipment using the original protective packaging materials.
    2. Package the disassembled item(s) securely in original product packaging, whenever possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition, to insure a refund or credit.
    3. Complete the return reason questionnaire that was included with your packing slip. Remove the mailing label portion and include the remainder of the slip in the return package.
    4. Contact a Customer Service Specialist at support@scooterpacusa.com for instructions on arranging a freight delivery pickup for your items. Please have your customer ID number located on your packing list available when you call.
    5. You must be present at the location and time of pickup. All packaged item(s) must be at the front door for the freight driver.
    6. To receive a refund or credit, items must be returned within 15 days of original shipment date.
    7. Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.

    IMPORTANT If there is significant visible damage to the carton upon receipt, request that the driver note the damage and request a claim be filed with the carrier for damage. You should also immediately contact an Scooterpac USA Company service representative at sales@scooterpacusa.com
